Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

  Pack Your Sneakers

  Place the unworn sneakers back into their original eco-friendly shoebox and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
